WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after they are placed, depending on product availability and processing times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?

Customs and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. These fees will be added to your total cart value before completing your purchase.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship from the UK to most international destinations, including Europe, the USA, and many countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY DELIVERY?

In most cases, you can reschedule your delivery by contacting our customer service team before the order is dispatched. Once your order is on its way, changes may not be possible. Please check with the courier service directly for any options they may offer for rescheduling the delivery.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

Returns:
We hope you're satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 30 days for Full Price items and 14 days for discounted items.
- UK Returns: Fill out the Return Form included with your order and return the item in its original condition, including tags and packaging. Use a tracked service for shipping. Once received, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing. If your return doesn’t meet the conditions, the item will be sent back to you.
- International Returns: Fill out the Return Form and contact us at customercare@delos.land for your Return Authorisation (RA) code and documents. Ensure the item is in original condition and ship with a tracked service. Returns must be shipped from the same country of purchase.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery, at no additional cost. You can exchange for a different size and/or color. You can exchange an item only once, but can always return it by following the standard return instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed once your return is accepted.
- Credit Card: Refunds are issued within 7 business days. Processing times may vary based on your card issuer.
- PayPal: Refunds appear within 48 hours in your PayPal account.
We can only issue refunds to the same card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after your return is accepted. The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary based on the payment method used:
- Credit Card: Refunds are processed within 7 business days, but the time to appear in your account depends on your credit card issuer.
- PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the return confirmation email.
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, please contact our customer service team with your order details for assistance.
