  • UK Express Shipping: £5 (1-2 working days via DPD Express)
  • EU Express Shipping: £20 (3-4 working days via DHL Express)
  • USA Express Shipping: £25 (5 working days via DHL Express)
  • Standard ROW Shipping: £30 (varies by destination)

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are shipped the same day.
  • All international orders ship via DHL Express.
  • We collect duties and taxes at checkout for international orders (DDP service).

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We ship to most countries, but not to specific locations (see full list).
  • Orders must be placed on the correct country site for the destination.
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after order placement.

Delivery Information:

  • Our courier delivers Monday-Friday during business hours with 2-3 attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the order is returned to the warehouse.
  • We do not offer specific delivery date/time choices.

Tracking & Customer Service:

  • You’ll receive email updates on your order’s status.
  • For any issues, contact customer service for assistance.

Note: We reserve the right to cancel orders to PO boxes.

Returns:
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and in its protective packaging. Returns must be made within:

  • 30 days for full-price items
  • 14 days for discounted items

Returns from the UK:

  1. Complete the Return Form included with your order.
  2. Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.
  3. Use a tracked shipping service to return the item.
  4. Allow 3-7 business days for processing once the item reaches our warehouse.
  5. If the return doesn’t meet the conditions, the item will be sent back to you.

Returns from Outside the UK:

  1. Complete the online Return Form.
  2. Contact customercare@delos.land for your Return Authorisation (RA) code and documents.
  3. Include the RA documents and return invoice in the package.
  4. Use a tracked courier service to return the item from the same country it was purchased.
  5. Allow 3-7 business days for processing after the item reaches our warehouse.
  6. If conditions aren't met, the item will be sent back to you.

Exchanges:
You can exchange the size and/or color of an item within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost.

  • Complete the Return Form and select “Exchange” for the size/color you want.
  • Exchanges can be done only once per item.
  • After we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item to your original address.

Refunds:

  • Credit Card: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days, but processing time depends on your card issuer.
  • PayPal: Refunds will appear within 48 hours.
    For security reasons, refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.
