Verify that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.

Contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to assist you. Delos guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order; the second confirms the actual charge. If you do notice issues with the amount charged, please contact our Customer Service team.

Pricing
The price of a Product will be as quoted on our site. Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with you by e-mail.
The stated price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site, the charges applicable to your order will be notified to you prior to the point at which you place your order.
Depending on the jurisdiction from which you access our site prices and charges will possibly be displayed in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Euros, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar, or Hong Kong dollars and will include value added tax (or the local equivalent) at the prevailing rate. Please note that if you pay in any other currency that the relevant prevailing exchange rate will apply and that your bank may charge you a conversion fee.
The VAT rate applicable to our warehouse jurisdiction is applicable to all purchases made from the UK, but VAT is not applicable where purchases are made from elsewhere.

We collect duties and taxes at the checkout and ship DDP for orders to be delivered to the following countries:

If you place an order to be delivered to a DDU location you agree that you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes which may be levied by the country of destination and that payment of these may be necessary in order to release your order from customs on arrival.

Please note that in the event that you return a product, there will be no refund of tax and duties that you have paid to import the product unless it is due to a genuine fault of Delos.

All domestic orders (UK), are shipped with DPD Express delivery 1-2 working days.
Orders are shipped same day when placed before 14:00 GMT.

All international orders are shipped using DHL Express.

Typically, EU orders arrive within 3-4 working days and US aorders within 5 working days. Please email customer service if you require more details on transit times to a specific country or region. Estimated transit times for international orders do not include potential hold ups caused by customs checks in the destination country. We collect duties and import taxes at checkout for international orders and ship these orders on a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service. See FAQ for more information. Our courier usually delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make 2 or 3 delivery attempts. After the last failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. Please contact Customer Service should you have any questions about your order. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. Our warehouse does not operate on UK public holidays. Where do you ship my order from? We ship all orders from United Kingdom Where is my order? You will receive periodical updates via email with the status of your order. If you have not received such an email and believe your order is delayed or missing, please contact our customer service team. Can I choose a delivery date/time? Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.

Shipping Restrictions
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site cannot be made. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the top-left corner of every page. Returns & Refunds

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if not and you wish to make a return for either a refund or exchange, please make sure any garment is unworn, in its original condition and placed back in its protective packaging and then returned within 30 days for Full Price items and 14 days for discounted items.

Returns from the UK
Fill out the Return Form received with your order making sure not to miss any information requested – this is required in order to process the return and refund. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and return using a tracked service of your choice. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. For further information on the conditions for exercising your right to return, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Returns from outside the UK
Please follow the below instructions if you are returning items from outside of the UK: Fill out the Return Form Online receive with your order and contact customercare@delos.land for your Return Authorisation code (RA) and return documents. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Add the RA documents to the package including the return invoice. Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and ship with a tracked courier service of your choice. Due to customs restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. Exchanges
If you wish to change the size and/or colour of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery date. Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or colour from those available. As soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or colour of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.

Refunds
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used: Credit Card Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer. PayPal You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 48 hours of the Return Confirmation email. Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order? For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase
