EU Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to any applicable exceptions.

To exercise this right, please complete and submit the form below. We will confirm receipt of your request by email and provide instructions for returning your item.

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) and the original standard delivery charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

This form is only for exercising your legal right of withdrawal. If you would like to make a return under our standard returns policy, please use our regular returns process.
